Honors Thesis and Field Study Classes

I have been approached by several students asking me to be their mentor for an Honors thesis and/or  instructor for a field study class (through the Kennedy Center or other department). I happily so so, but only under the following conditions:

1. The student provides a detailed proposed syllabus, including the assignments, due dates, and grading rubric for each assignment.

2. The proposed assignments focus around a systems approach to health.

3.  The student also have a full-time BYU faculty member that agrees to oversee the process as well.  I am happy to be the expert and mentor as it relates to systems thinking and health, but my experience, knowledge, and time is too limited to sort out the requirements, etc.
